I guess you haven't used basic observation skills and noticed that those vanes are too big? They don't clear the space further down the rail between the cocking mechanism. They are in fact bouncing off as they travel past. That's why the mini arrows ship with smaller vanes than this. You will only get good consistent flight with those from the older bows which are slightly different.
