A deadly haul of weapons was found dumped in Small Heath
An investigation is underway after a haul of deadly weapons was found dumped on a Birmingham street.
Officers from the force’s Guardian Taskforce team were patrolling around Coventry Road, Small Heath, when they were alerted by a member of the public around 3pm on Thursday (October 16).
They went to Vaughton Street South, where they discovered 14 zombie knives, four spears, a crossbow, a machete, a taser, and PAVA spray.
All of the weapons were seized, and enquiries are ongoing to establish how they ended up on the residential street, which is home to a school.
Earlier in the day, the team arrested a man after stopping his car on Pershore Road.
